Self Love and Compassion

When we really love ourselves, and commit to ourselves, the whole quality of life changes.
There is a shift. As if a light bulb has been switched on.

When we really love ourselves, we vibrate at a different frequency.

Spend some time with yourself, to know yourself and what you want, to get in touch with your needs and feelings, so you can meet them. You are worth it.
